One year later God continues to touch wounded hearts at Virginia Tech |
For Sara Klingensmith (shown on left), being a VT student has meant serving as a leader with Campus Crusade for Christ Bible studies, helping organize campus events, and mentoring women. The campus tragedy, where 32 people were killed, has changed the focus of a lot of students and a campus-organized site, Gobbletalk.com, continues to yield fruit.
"The whole world was praying for Virginia Tech after April, and I think we are seeing the results of that," says Jeff Highfield, Virginia Tech's Campus Crusade director. "The students are really committed to reaching the campus and ultimately the world."
